How To Proceed

1. Email me here with the following information - or simply phone me on (09) 536 4691
2. Your name and contact details
3. Purchase price of the property
4. How much you want to borrow
5. The date you settle on your property
6. A copy of the bank's offer**

I will contact you within 24 hours. Once your case is accepted you will need to scan and email to me the following documents:

1. Statement of Position. Download one here
2. Photo ID. (Passport or driver's licence. If you are not a NZ citizen please include your residency permit)
3. Latest pay slip for each applicant
4. Last three months bank statements for your current account
5. Statements showing the full balance of your deposit/contribution
6. Signed and dated Agreement for Sale & Purchase.
7. Depending on your application, further documents may be required. If so I will let you know.

What Happens Next?

I will submit an application to either your own bank or a different bank that may be offering a better deal. Provided all of the documents are in order, you should hear back from me usually within 48 hours.

The bank may require further documents which will be detailed on any letter of offer.

If the deal offered is not better than the one you showed me, I will pay $50 to your account and you may proceed with your original bank offer directly. But if my offer is better you may not take it to your bank or any other bank in an effort to get your original offer improved.

I will not charge you for my service. You may email me anytime with questions.
