Casting modesty aside for the sole purpose of earning a living, I can tell you I'm pretty damn good at what I do.

You'll notice that I'm focused on your problem as if it were my own. It's not just the home loan I organise for you, but often I get called upon to help out in the selling and buying process.

It'll become clear that out of the real estate agents, lawyers, valuers, builders and banks involved in your deal, I'm the only one not making money out of you directly, so my advice is unbiased.

Being burdened with a sense of empathy for people who are making the biggest financial decisions in their lives means you're going to be told the truth by me - even if I lose the deal - if it's the right thing to do. Values taught to me by a previous generation.
